Event Service Terms and Conditions

Introduction These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Sessions Collective LTD's event services ("Services") for clients ("Client") who book our services for events such as weddings, corporate events, parties, or other gatherings.



Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and the required deposit payment. Payments are due as outlined in the agreement, and late payments may incur additional fees.



Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date may receive a partial refund, minus any non-refundable deposits. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date may forfeit the entire deposit.



Changes to Terms Sessions Collective LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. By booking our services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
